Our processing of personal data of our users is limited to those data that are necessary for the provision of a functional website as well as our contents and services. The processing of personal data of our users is only carried out for the purposes listed below and if there is a legal basis (in the sense of the DSGVO). We only collect personal data that is actually required for the performance and processing of our tasks and services, or that you have voluntarily provided to us.

4. newsletter (currently no option)

If you sign up for our newsletter, we will immediately send an e-mail to the e-mail address provided, which contains a hyperlink. By clicking on this link, you confirm your newsletter registration (double opt-in procedure). If this registration confirmation does not take place within [to be completed with time period], we delete the e-mail address from our temporary list again and a registration has not taken place.

If you confirm the newsletter registration, you give your consent to the storage of your e-mail address including the date of registration, IP address and the list name of the desired newsletter. 6. Online shop (NO OPTION AT THE TIME, we are working on our academy).

To order from our online shop, you will need to register once and set a username and personal password. On future visits to our website, you will be able to log in with your username and password and will not have to re-enter your address and payment information each time you place an order. Your password is stored in encrypted form and cannot be viewed by us.

At the relevant point on the registration page, we will first inform you comprehensively about the purpose and scope of the data processing. You can object to the use of the data for the purpose just mentioned at any time. In this case, a new complete registration is required for each order. The objection should be sent to the address in chapter [...to be completed] of this data protection declaration.

We delete all data that we do not have to keep due to legal regulations, e.g. in accounting, as soon as the order is completed.

You have the option of deleting your customer account at any time as soon as no order is open.

 

7. social plugins (currently NO OPTION)

All integrated social plugins work via the 2-click procedure; this means that the recording of your surfing behaviour by a plugin only starts when you activate the corresponding plugin by clicking on it in the first place. If you are logged in with your account of a social media platform at the same time as visiting our website, for example, your visit to the site can be assigned to your user account after activating the plugin (first click).

 

III. data security

We use the common [https] method in connection with the highest encryption level supported by your browser when you visit our website. You can see whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the address bar of your browser.

In addition, we apply further appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. You also have the right to revoke any consent you may have given to use your personal data at any time.

If you are convinced that the processing of your personal data by us conflicts with the applicable data protection provisions, you have the possibility to complain to the data protection authority of the Principality of Liechtenstein.
